Special pyrometers PYROSPOT DG 54NHV for temperature measurement of flames based on hydrogen, ammonia and hydrocarbons

DIAS Infrared offers a comprehensive range of devices for contactless infrared temperature measurement for monitoring and controlling of industrial processes. Among them are the digital pyrometers of the PYROSPOT series, which include many types with different temperature measuring ranges, spectral ranges, fixed and vario optics variants, analog and digital interfaces, housing types and accessories. This enables optimal adaptation to the respective measurement and application conditions.

Despite this variety of PYROSPOT standard pyrometers, there are applications that require very specific modifications of the devices. DIAS Infrared also offers such special pyrometers. These include pyrometers with special spectral ranges that offer paricular advantages for the intended applications, e.g. an increased and stable emissivity. The following overview shows some examples:

The special pyrometer PYROSPOT DG 54NH mentioned in the overview has now been newly introduced. It has various fixed optics, video module or through-lens sighting, short response times from 2 ms, a stainless steel housing, a temperature linear output 0/4 to 20 mA and an RS-485 interface.

The pyrometers of the PYROSPOT series will be presented together with PYROVIEW/PYROLINE thermal imaging cameras and PYROSENS infrared sensors from May 9, 2023 at the Sensor+Test (Nuremberg Exhibition Centre, Stand 1-244, Hall 1).
