The PYROVIEW series has now been expanded with two new types PYROVIEW 1600N and PYROVIEW 1920N.

The long-standing, proven thermal imaging camera series PYROVIEW from DIAS Infrared includes numerous models that differ in measurement temperature and spectral ranges, pixel numbers, optics and housing and can therefore be optimally adapted to different applications. All devices have an Ethernet interface that allows lossless and extremely low-delay data transmission in real time up to the maximum frame rate. Software packages PYROSOFT (online/offline) specially developed for the cameras for data aquisition and analyzing as well as for connection to process control systems are available.

The PYROVIEW series has now been expanded with two new types PYROVIEW 1600N and PYROVIEW 1920N, which are intended for non-contact temperature measurements between 650 °C and 1800 °C, especially in the metallurgy and glass industries. These devices operate in the near infrared spectral range (NIR) between 0.8 µm and 0.9 µm wavelength, thus minimizing measurement errors due to emissivity.

Since the intended applications often require high spatial resolutions, HD-Si sensor arrays (PYROINC 1600N with 1600 x 1200 pixels, PYROINC 1920N with 1920 x 1080 pixels) are used. They enable a maximum frame rate of 25 frames per second. There are various standard, wide-angle and telephoto lenses with motor focus for easy adaptation to different measuring distances and image field sizes.

As with all other PYROVIEW camera models, the two new types are also available in two different housing variants. The PYROVIEW compact+ devices have an IP54 aluminum housing for universal applications. For particularly harsh industrial environments, the PYROVIEW protection variant is available with an IP65 stainless steel housing with protective window, air purge and optional water cooling.
